A little about Chrissie

Chrissie is a devoted Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher with many years experience. She brings her many life skills into her teachings, her deep knowledge of mental health (Chrissie worked as a Social Worker specialising in Mental Health), her studies of Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Therapy with some of the greatest Gurus (teachers)in India, Nepal and her travels around the world. Chrissie truly believes in the many healing benefits to the body, mind and soul that Yoga and Meditation offer and is delighted to be able to share these benefits with you. 🙏
