Meditation and Mindfulness are becoming increasingly acceptable ways of managing stress, anxiety and depression or simply a way of finding a few minutes of peace and quietness – time for ourselves.

We don’t need to be seated cross legged on the floor, as is often the image we bring to mind when we think of meditation – we can sit on a chair or against a wall, even lie down on the floor on a mat or blanket. The main thing is to be comfortable and at ease.

In Chrissie’s meditation practices the emphasis is on de-mystifying the perceived reservations or doubts about what is supposed to happen in meditation – we are all learning. She hopes you’ll leave feeling more relaxed, at ease and more happy with skills to manage the difficult times in our daily lives albeit physical, emotional or mental pain.
