Stress is an old problem but has only recently been recognized as a basic, and sometimes major factor in many physical and mental problems. Chrissie can help you to look at the root causes of these problems in a methodical, easy to understand way. She does this by combining the use of yoga based stretches and dance therapy to re-align your body, use of breathing techniques (pranyama) to lengthen the breath and reduce anxiety, relaxation sessions to enjoy a few precious moments of stillness, calmness and serenity and counselling to talk through problems and decide on coping skills to take you into a more positive future.

As a fully qualified Social Worker specialising in mental health Chrissie has a vast experience of dealing with those struggling with drug & alcohol problems, death & bereavement, relationship difficulties and depression. 
She has qualified with The School of Natural Health Sciences in Stress Management and Anatomy & Physiology. She is a member of The National College of Holistic Medicine. Chrissie is enjoying the opportunity to combine her social work, dance and yoga skills to encourage people to have a better awareness of the link between their physical and mental wellbeing whilst finding new and innovative ways to deal with difficult issues.
Corporate days, one-to-one or small groups can be arranged - Chrissiie will visit clients in their own homes or venue of their choice. Chrissie also runs two free evening courses at Foley House in Newmarket called 'A Slice of Healthy Living' & 'Relaxation Techniques' which look at ways of managing stress through breathing, relaxation techniques, alternative therapies and a healthy diet.
